Heat oven to 400. Grease 10" pie plate.
Mix broccoli, cheese, chicken and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper 1 minute with wire whisk until smooth. Pour on top of chicken mixture.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
