Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook and cube your chicken. Cook and drain your broccoli. Place both in a 9 inch casserole dish while they are still warm. Mix soup, milk, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and pour over chicken and broccoli. Crumble up the crackers and add the mayonnaise and remaining cheese. Place mixture on top of your casserole.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 min or until the topping is browned.
