Chicken and cheese casserole
Spray a 7x11 pan with nonstick spray. Place Chicken evenly in pan. Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, sherry, peas and carrots in a bowl and mix. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle on the stuffing. Spray with nonstick spray. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
