Suggest a better descriptionStrip meat from carcass, set in fridge. Put carcass in pot, covered with chicken broth and water. Just enough water to cover carcass. Season water with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Boil for at least 1 1/2 hours. Drain broth. Generously, flour surface. Season each biscuit with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Roll each biscuit to a thin layer and cut into pieces. Put on a plat and let stand with a generous amount of flour. Add dough to boiling broth. Add butter and evaporated milk. Stir a few times and let cook on med to med high boil for 15 minutes. Add chicken and serve.
Thyme sprigs can be added to the broth for seasoning.
