Suggest a better descriptionPut a whole chicken in a pot and cover with water. Add 2 whole celery and chopped onions,salt and pepper.
When chicken is done take out the celery. You can either saute or just add the chopped celery, and carrots. Add more salt and pepper to taste and add more water chicken bouillon if necessary. Take chicken out and let cool. When cooled shred the chicken and put back in pot.
Dumplings: mix 4 eggs with 2 cups of flour. Bring water to a low boil. Mix with a fork and drop in small pieces in the broth. Drop dumplings in broth.
