Thread an oregano leaf onto small bamboo skewer, followed by a piece of haloumi, another oregano leaf, a piece of chicken and repeat with remaining oregano, chicken and haloumi.
Mix the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and brush over skewers.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers, turning, for 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot or warm with lime/lemon wedges.
