Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8"x4" loaf pan. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, celery, onion, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are softened and liquid disappears. Let cool. Add chicken, bread crumbs, egg, basil, rosemary, salt, and pepper to vegetables. Transfer to loaf pan.
