1. Heat the olive oil and lightly brown the chicken.
2. Add the onion, garlic, mushrooms and butter and sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add the wine and Worcester sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Lower the heat and add the Cream, salt, pepper, basil and parsley.
5. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with tagliatelle pasta and garlic bread.
