in large pot bring stock,chicken,water and carrotts to boil intill chicken is almost cooked. remove chicken cube set aside. add egg noodles to pot continue cooking untill noodles are almost cooked add cream of mushroom soup and heavy cream add chicken back to pot cook on low heat untll sauce thickens.
