Philippine national dish
In a saucepan, combine vinegar,garlic,pepper,bay leaf,rock salt,and soy sauce.
Put in chicken pieces,pork and liver. Let soak for 20-30 mins. Add water and simmer uncoved till tender.
Strain sauce,set aside. Chop liver finely and put back in th sauce.
Brown garlic,chicken and pork in cooking oil. Return everything(sauce mix) to saucepan,cover and simmer until sauce thickens
