Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice and cook the chicken breasts completely through. (Optionally, bake or pan fry whole chicken breasts.)
Spoon cooked rice into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Mix the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, broccoli and cheese soup, and cooked broccoli together in a bowl.
Place sliced chicken breasts or cooked whole chicken breasts over rice, and cover with cubed Velveeta cheese. Spoon soup, cheese, and broccoli mixture over the chicken and rice. Top with shredded mild cheddar cheese.
Banke in dish @ 350 degrees F or 10 min OR until cheese is melted.
