1. Saute onions and celery in bacon grease and cook until soft and golden. Add sausage and cook until almost done. Add garlic, almond and coconutflour.
2. Add tomatoes and okra, stock and bay leaves and bring to a simmer.
3. Stir in the chicken meat
4. Simmer until done.
