Nice dressing for asian chicken salad.
In a frying pan, combine oil and sesame seeds. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until seeds begin to turn golden (3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool. Mix in vinegar, sugar, and soy.
Pound breasts very thin, marinade (if desired), broil. Cut into thin strips, put on salad, add dressing.
