This is good
Brown chicken in hot oil. Combine tomatoes, water and mushrooms. Put rice and seasonings into 13x9x1 inch dish; pour tomato mixture over. Top with chicken. Cover and bake in 350 F oven for 1 hr. Sprinkle peas over. Bake, covered, 15 min more. Serves 6
