Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, cook ground chicken in oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the squash and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender. In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Stir into the chicken mixture. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the bread/cracker/pretzel crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
