Something different for chicken
Slice the lemon into circles. Combine the tomatoes and juice, lemon, thyme and capers. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Put the chicken in a baking dish and cover with the mix. Drizzle with oil and bake at 400 until chicken is cooked through, about 50 minutes.
