very delicious and easy meal. great when you want something yummy but healthy
- cut carrots in rings (large rings should be cut in half again)
- cut tomatoes to preferred size
- cut onions in small pieces
- cut red pepper into small pieces
- clean the chicken from the bone and cute into pieces
- fry the onions until a golden brown colour
- cook carrots in a small pot with water and salt. water should cover all carrots. cook until water is gone and carrots are soft
- fry red pepper once onions are done
- fry the chicken (until a nice light brownish glow appears) ~ spices: salt and lemon pepper
- flash fry the tomatoes
- add everything in a bowl and enjoy!
