Cook rice per instructions on box
Boil and shred chicken
Mix soup with mayonnaise in a small bowl. Remove 1/3rd of soup mixture and place in smaller bowl. Blend cooked rice and shredded chicken to the remaining soup mixture. Pour blended mixture into a greased casserole dish. Spread the set aside soup mixture evenly across top of casserole. Cover the top of casserole with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
