Healthy chicken soup
Chop onion, celery, and carrots. Add chicken, rice, wild rice seasonings, and chicken broth to crock pot and cook for 4-5 hrs on low. Then shred chicken and add almond milk to the top of the crock pot. Add garlic salt and minced garlic. Simmer for additional 30 minutes.
