Dice mushrooms and cook in a little butter till tender
Mix mushrooms, soup and creams with juice from pan, pour over chicken and bake for another 15 mins
i had really lge chicken breasts (4) and halved them horizontally. Added another can of soup as well. Fed 6 with a bit left over, extra sauce made the dish
