Cook pasta to Al Dente, rinse and store in ice cold water to stop the cooking and hold for assembly.
Marinate the sliced chicken in juice and zest from one of the lemons, Mrs. Dash (optional), Sugar, Garlic and half the salt and pepper while you prepare the veggies.
Bend fresh asparagus over until the stalk snaps, discard the fibrous bottom half. Slice the Mushrooms 1/4 inch thick.
Preheat a very large skillet or chef's pan on high, add half of the olive oil.
Layer the chicken slices into the pan and allow to brown before turning over. After Chicken is browned, add the remaining juice from the marinade to the pan.
Add the Asparagus, Mushrooms, and the Juice and Zest from the 2nd Lemon.
When mixture starts to boil, drain the pasta and add the pasta to the pan. Add the rest of the Salt and Pepper and Olive Oil. Continue to cook until pasta is hot.
If you would like a slightly clingy sauce, mix one teaspoon cornstarch with one teaspoon of water and drizzle over the dish during the final minute of cooking. Mix thoroughly into sauce.
This makes a seriously large quantity. Half the recipe for 4 people or less unless you want leftovers!
