Soften yeast in warm(not hot) water for 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Let rest and rise for 5 minutes.
Grease pizza pans and flour.
Spread dough and bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
Cut and cook chicken.
Add 1/2 BBQ to cooked chicken.
Spread the other 1/2 BBQ on pizza crust(s).
Put BBQ chicken on pizza.
Cut and add onion.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is starting to brown slightly.
6 servings makes 2 pizzas.
