crock pot soup
1. Place the first 6 ingredients in crock pot and cook for 1-2 hours until chicken cooked through.
2. Remove chicken and break into bite size pieces.
3. Return chicken and add remaining 5 ingredients.
4. Cook for an hour on high until ingredients are heated through.
5. Serve in a bowl with grated parmesan over the top and crusty french bread on the side.
