Variation on chicken pot pie. This one made with pantry staples.
Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Mix the biscuit ingredients in a medium bowl.
I a 2.5 quart casserole mix together the filling ingredients.
Top with the biscuit dough using a spoon to drop it on top.
Spread the biscuit mix as best you can to make it even.
Cook for 40 minutes or until the biscuit mix is browned on top.
