1. Cook Pasta according to package directions.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat,
Add Garlic, Cook for 30 seconds
Add Chicken, Basil and Red Pepper. Cook and stir about 4 minutes until chicken is browned
3. Add Broth, dried tomatoes and white wine. Bring to Boil, then reduce heat to simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, making sure chicken is no longer pink.
4. Stir in whipping cream and parmesan cheese for 2 minutes.
5. Stir pasta into chicken and heat through. Stir in additional parmesan cheese if desire.
