Chopone small onion (40g) 3sec/speed 5 ; add 1 tbsp Olive Oil and pinch salt, then saute 2 min / Varoma/ Speed 1. Transfer to an airtight jar or vacuum and freeze.
Place olive oil and garlic cloves into bowl, chop 6 sec/speed 5 and then saute 3 min/Varoma/Speed 1.
Add onions, red peppers and white wine., chop 4 sec/speed5 and sauter 10 min/Varoma/Speed 1. While cooking, cut the chicken, dividging legs, wings and breast.
Add the chicken pieces, water, reserved tomato sauce, poulty stock cube, season with salt and pepper and cook 20 min /Varoma/Reverse/Speed stir.
Add mushrooms and nutmeg and cook 10 min/Varoma/Reverse/Speed stir. Place ina serving bowl, serve with bread.
