Chicken Breast and Rice
6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
4 ½ cups of cooked rice
8 oz bottle of Russian Dressing
1 can of whole cranberry sauce
Canned French fried onions
9X13 glass pan
Place rice in pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
Sprinkle a light layer of onions over rice
Place chicken breast on top/cut side down
Mix Russian dressing and cranberry sauce
And spread evenly over chicken. Sprinkle a
Light layer of onions.
Cover the entire pan with foil and fold around edges.
Place in a 350 oven and bake for 1 hour.
Serve with your favorite vegetable.
