Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown the chicken breasts in half the butter. Place in baking dish and set aside.
In remaining 1/2 pound of butter saute celery and onion until tender.
In large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add onion and celery mixture and mix well. Pour mixture over chicken and bake in oven for 2 hours or until chicken is tender.
