Savoury, easy, can be made with ingredients usually on hand
1. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper. Dredge in flour; shake off the excess.
2. In sauté pan, medium high, melt 3 tbsp butter; sauté children breasts for 3-5 min per side, until lightly browned. Remove to heated platter.
3. Remove excess fat in the pan. Add the win and boil to reduce by half; turn heat to low and whisk in cream until well blended.
4. Whisk remaining 3 tbsp butter, lemon juice, 5 tbsp chives. Simmer sauce for 15 minutes.
5. Return chicken breasts to the pan to heat through. Transfer to heated serving platter spoon on the sauce and garnish with 2 tbsp chives.
