Season chicken breast with organic adobo seasoning.
Prep sweet potato and coat with oil and salt.
Heat a ovens proof skillet on medium to high heat and sear chicken 4 minutes a side, then finish in oven for 12-15 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 in the center. take out and let cool then add sweet potato in a oven pan and roast for 18-25 minutes till golden and soft. Remove from oven and let cool.
Take the same skillet you removed the chicken out of and reheat to medium to high heat keeping the juices in the pan and add broccoli when pan is hot and more water to create steam and add broccoli and stir then cover with secure lid and turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
