Melt butter in lg heavy skillet, add chicken breasts. Cook, turning once, until chicken is browned and fork tender. Add zucchini and onions. Continue cooking, stirring til zucchini is crisp tender. Meanwhile, prepare sauce. Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Add flour and cook til smooth and bubbly. Add remaining sauce ings, stirring occ, til sauce is smooth and thickened. Place chicken and zucchini on a bed of rice, noodles, bulgar or couscous. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve immediately. Serves 6
