A wonderful tasting sauce with flavors of lemon and and garlic!
Season chicken with lemon, pepper, and parsley, Place butter, oilive oil and garlic in skillet, and cook chicken about 20 minutes, turning frequently, until brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. To skillet add the whipping creme and whisk or stir until reduced to a sauce to your liking, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in capers. Serve chicken with sauce.
