In 3 TBS. of oil from sun dried tomatoes, pan fry chicken breasts until done then shred chicken meat. For sauce- Melt margarine in pot. Saute garlic, then add flour to make a roux. Whisk in chicken broth, heavy cream, chopped sun dried tomatoes, thyme, salt, red pepper flakes. Boil until sauce is thickened, then add shredded chicken.
Pour sauce over noodles, I like bow tie pasta the best.
Steamed broccoli is good on side with sauce.
