Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350ºF. Mix goat cheese and garlic and herb blend. Cut the chicken breast horizontally to form a pocket. Stuff about 4 teaspoons into each pocket. Heat oil in a large oven-ready skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Cover and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
