“3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1/4 teaspoon crush red pepper
1/4 cup cashews, chopped
3 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
How to prepare:
Heat the coconut oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken until no longer pink, and remove from skillet.
Add the garlic, ginger, and onion to same skillet. Cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and mango. Cook until the vegetables are just soft and still slightly crunch
Return the chicken to pan. Add Hoisin and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine. Spoon into bowls. Sprinkle with chopped cashews, green onion, and cilantro. Serve.
