From Stove Top
1. Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 6 min, on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
2. Add water and broccoli to skillet; bring to boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
3. Return chicken to skillet, sprinkle with cheese, reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 min, or until chees is melted.
