1. Cut chicken into small pieces, add water and put it to boil. Periodically remove foam.
2. When chicken will be almost boiled add pealed onion, carrot cut into small pieces, rice, garlic cloves, freshly cut parsley and dill. Then add salt.
3. When rice will be cooked the dish is ready.
