-Oil bones, put in oven for 40 min at 425 degrees
-Put bones in pot and cover with cold water
-Bring to boil then immediately lower to light simmer and keep it there
-Add veggies after a lot of scum is taken off
-Keep on light simmer for 10-12 hours
-Ladel out (trying not to disturb to much) and reduce in another pot
-Cool down in containers and once cool enough, put in fridge
-Next day skim off fat on top and put in feezer
