Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
I use gloves the Jalapeños can burn.
I coat with olive oil and wrap and freeze for about 15minutes to firm them up so they don’t fall through the grill.
In the Diet Center Cook Book this is called Chicken Italian Sausage, but the jalapeños make it not-Italian? I love these as burgers and eat them all summer!!
