Chop up the vegetables and break the bread into chunks. Put the bread and vegetable pieces into a food processor with the chicken stock, a dash of chilli sauce, the egg and minced chicken and process. Shape the mixture into patties and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Cook the patties for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Assemble the burgers with buns, patties and salad vegetables.
