Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, saute onion in 1 tablespoon of oil until tender. Place into bowl. Add chicken, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, herbs and seasonings. Mix well. Stir in enough milk to be able to shape mixture into patties.
Shape into 8 patties. In the same skillet cook in remaining oil for 5 minutes. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
