Chicken Breast and Tomatoes
Chop, dice, and prepare all ingredients. Combine flours and salt & pepper in a small dish. Heat 2 tbsp oil over med-high heat on stove top. Saute sliced onions in heated oil until transparent. Coat chicken breasts in flour mixture. Brown chicken 4-5 minutes per side (until cooked through). Remove chicken from pan and let rest on paper towels. Add additional oil to pan if needed. Add Fresh Herbs to pan, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Wine and Tomatos. Simmer until reduced to 1/2. Add chicken to pan and cook additional 10 minutes. Serve warm.
