Suggest a better descriptionIn large hot frying pan add oil. Place seasoned chicken in pan and sear both sides. ( about 10 min).
In separate pot begin with a small amount of oil. Add bell peppers and onion, then garlic. Season with salt and pepper, add basil, oregano and bay leaves. Add can of tomato sauce, stir frequently. Add a half can water. Bring pot to low boil, then gently add chicken to pot.
Cover and simmer approximately 2 hours or until meat falls off bone. Serve with spaghetti
