Peel and Place Potatoes in Boiling Pot
Brown Chicken Thighs. You can use small Skinless Chicken Breasts but the thighs can actually taste better. They also add an extra dimension as you use your knife and fork to gently flake the chicken from the bone.
Add Tomato Basil Sauce and 3/4 olives and simmer slowly until chicken cooked.
Make you favourite Mashed Potatoes

Once potatoes cooked add Malden Salt, Cracked Pepper, Butter, Milk and Mash.
Depending on dryness of potatoes add more or less milk.
Boil Silver beet in covered saucepan.
Place 1 to 2 cups of Mashed potatoes in middle of a large warm white plate.
Make indentation in middle of potato mash to hold silver beet
Place drained Silver beet into indentation in potato's
Place 2 Chicken thighs on top and then ladle the Tomato Italian sauce and let drizzle just down to plate.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
Rip some Fresh basil leaves in half and sprinkle on top. (If you don't have fresh basil leave off)
Add remaining Kalamata Olives decoratively on top and say 3 evenly spaced on plate.
Crack Fresh Pepper on top and serve.
