Classic chicken cacciatore recipe handed down from Chef Rosa from a kid's cooking class.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add pasta to cook. When tender, drain and place on platter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add oil and chicken, sprinkle one side with half the salt and half the italian seasoning. Cook for five minutes. Turn the chicken breasts, and use the remaining salt and seasoning on the other side. Cook five more minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Into empty chicken pan, stir in remaining ingredients except the pasta, chicken and tomato sauce. Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and tomato sauce and cook for an additional five minutes. remove, pour over pasta and serve.
