1. Wash and lay out lettuce leaves on paper towel and pat dry.
2. Cut lettuce into 1 inch strips and place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add Parmesan cheese to preference. (Store up to three days)
4. At time of eating salad add chicken, dressing and croutons.
5. Toss salad.
