Cook noodle until 1/2 way done, drain, cool with water and spray with cooking spray so noodles do not stick together
Cut noodles long way and stuff with mixture, place back in plastic tray
Freeze in freezer bag
SERVING DAY:
Preheat oven to 350
Spray baking dish with cooking spray, place canneloni seam side down
Pour sauce, Bake for 30 mins
