Good, basic, savory dish. A bit salty for my taste but easy to make.
1. Cook rice to package directions.
2. Cook bacon until crisp; drain off all but 2 tbsp. of drippings. Season chicken with salt and pepper as desired. Add chicken, saut until seared on all sides.
3. Add garlic and cream; simmer until it begins to thicken. Add peas, continue to cook until peas are heated through. Stir in enough cheese to thicken to sauce consistency.
4. Serve over rice; garnish with onion; top with cheese (if desired).

Personally, I prefer making it this way
"Bacon, alfredo and pasta--pretty much a match made in heaven! This recipe uses ready-made ingredients that you're likely to have on hand, too! It can be thrown together in a matter of minutes and is a great way to use leftover chicken (or even a rotisserie chicken). If you know that you will have a busy day, you can prep this meal in the morning and throw it in the oven right before you are ready to eat!" — Firebyrd
