Cook chicken breastsin microwave, or place chicken in a pot and add cold water until the chicken is covered.Bring almost to a boil. Simmer chicken brests for 10 min. Cool, and cut into slices, then shred.
In a large bowl mix together soups, milk, and sour cream. Fold in chicken and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Prepare stuffing by melting butter in pan, then add chopped celery and choped onion. Allow to soften. Add chicken broth(or water) and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add stuffing mix. Toss lightly with fork.
Then spred stuffing over chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour (until mixture is bubbly).
