Crunch, Cheesy Chicken noodle casserole
Cook noodles - drain and put in a bowl with 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup milk.
Set the rest of the butter and milk aside for use later.
In a large pan - melt 3 tablespoons butter, add 1/8 cup flour (2 tablespoons), 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) salt & pepper and 1-1/2 cups milk all at once.
Cook and stir until thickens and bubbles - add gravy, chicken & noodles.
Spread in 13 by 9 pan and bake covered 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Uncover - top with chips and cheese. Cook 10 minutes longer
